Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

All return and exchange requests are handled online and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. Approved returns must be received before any replacement, refund, or store credit is issued. Return instructions will be provided only if your request qualifies under this policy.

• Within 7 days of the shipping date, eligible items may be approved for a refund to the original form of payment.
• Within 30 days of the shipping date, eligible items may be approved for store credit issued as a Digital Gift Card or for an exchange.
• Requests submitted after 30 days from the shipping date will not be accepted.
